I invite you to embark on this wonderful journey of self empowerment and exploration by joining our sister circle which offers you a safe and sacred space to step into your power. Take that well deserved time for you to rest, rejuvenate, explore, express, create, heal, be in your truth and simply be you.
For thousands of years women of all indigenous societies would gather together and reflect upon their lives and offer one another emotional support and healing. By taking responsibility for ourselves and our emotional well-being in a regular practice we give ourselves opportunities to release anything that does not serve us creating space to invite in new opportunities of growth. Not only does this benefit ourselves but it benefits those around us also.
We will share Cacao and meditate in our Sister Circle helping us to open our heart centre to feel…
