4. Why I am allowed to use your information

UK data protection law requires me to have a lawful basis for processing personal information. Depending on the circumstances, I may rely on: Contract, Legitimate interests, Consent, or Legal obligation. Where I rely on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.

5. Bookings and payments

Light Nourishment uses Wix for its website and booking and appointment management. When you make a booking, Wix may collect and process information such as your name, contact details, booking details and payment-related information in order to provide the booking service. Payments may be processed through Wix Payments, Stripe or another payment provider made available through the booking system. I do not store your full payment card details. These providers may process your information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable data protection requirements.

6. Who I share your information with

I do not sell or rent your personal information. I may share relevant information with trusted service providers where this is necessary to operate Light Nourishment, including Wix and its related services, payment providers such as Stripe or Wix Payments, email and communication providers, accountancy, legal, insurance or other professional advisers where necessary, and government, regulatory or law-enforcement bodies where I am legally required to do so. Some of these providers may process information outside the UK, where appropriate safeguards will be used where required by UK data protection law.

7. How long I keep your information

I do not keep personal information indefinitely. I retain information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. I regularly review the personal information I hold and will securely delete or anonymise information when it is no longer reasonably required.

Choosing not to provide a testimonial, photograph or other promotional content will not affect your ability to book or receive services from Light Nourishment.
