Service Description

A deeply immersive sound meditation where you are surrounded by the vibrations and tones of gongs and other sound instruments. You'll usually lie comfortably on a mat, wrapped in blankets, with your eyes closed while I guide you gently into a state of rest before taking you on a journey through sound. There is no right or wrong way to experience a Gong Bath — your experience is your own.
